Mobile Mini Appoints Ron Marshall Senior Vice President Business Development, and Kelly Williams, Senior Vice President Western Division

Mobile Mini, Inc. (NASDAQ GS:MINI), the world’s leading supplier of portable storage solutions, today announced that Ron Marshall has been appointed Senior Vice President, Business Development. In this newly created role, Mr. Marshall will oversee the Company’s acquisition and new market growth strategy in North America.

Mr. Marshall began his career with Mobile Mini in 1997 as a branch manager and has held various roles with the Company including Director of New Market Development, Regional Manager and most recently Senior Vice President Western Division.

The Company also announced that Kelly Williams has been promoted to Senior Vice President Western Division. Prior to joining Mobile Mini as a Regional Manager in 2013, Mr. Williams spent 8 years in the equipment rental industry as a Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Director, Regional Fleet Director and District Manager. In addition, he worked for ten years in the car rental business in various leadership roles.
