HickoryTech Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ: HTCO) today announced its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of HickoryTech common stock. The $0.15 dividend is payable in the second quarter on June 5, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2014.

HickoryTech has paid a cash dividend to shareholders for more than 65 years and increased its dividend the past four consecutive years, the most recent increase being the fourth quarter 2013.
