In trading on Monday, the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF (VWO) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Industrial Services American (IDSA), up about 6.3% and shares of Oi (OIBR), up about 6.2% on the day.
