D&B to Announce March U.S. Economic Health Tracker Results on April 1, 2014

D&B (NYSE:DNB), the world’s leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses, will release the March 2014 U.S. Economic Health Tracker results on Tuesday, April 1 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time. The March results explore how warmer weather and stronger balance sheets are stimulating the economic recovery. The content will be posted on www.dnb.com/tracker, where the FAQ and methodology on the tracker can also be accessed.

Following the release of the report, a webinar will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time, during which Paul Ballew, D&B’s Chief Data & Analytics Officer and Chief Economist, will explain “the story behind the numbers” with unique insights and context across three macro indicators:

• Small Business Health Index -- the foremost leading indicator on the overall health of this critically important sector. The index is based on a number of proprietary indicators including credit usage and overall business performance.
• U.S. Jobs Health -- utilizing D&B’s comprehensive proprietary measures to provide a forecast of new, nonfarm payroll jobs added across key verticals such as manufacturing, retail, real estate, construction, business services, transportation and utilities.

For the most part, D&B will publish its U.S. monthly economic indicators the first Tuesday morning of each month, issuing a public advisory about one week in advance to further notify interested parties of the pending announcement date. Reporting periods will reflect the most current and complete month. For example, information contained in the April 1, 2014 report will be based on data available as of March 28, 2014.
