Airgas Acquires Team Welding, Ltd. d/b/a Technical Alloy & Industrial Gas

Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG), one of the nation’s leading suppliers of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related products, today announced that it has acquired the assets and operations of Team Welding, Ltd. d/b/a Technical Alloy & Industrial Gas. Based in Houston, TX, Technical Alloy generated approximately $20 million in sales in calendar year 2013. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
