Reza Nikain Joins Navigant’s Global Construction Practice as Managing Director

Navigant (NYSE: NCI) announced today that Reza Nikain has joined the Firm’s Global Construction practice as a Managing Director in the Princeton, NJ office. Nikain will work with clients to actively and effectively manage risks associated with capital improvement projects. In addition, he will help position the practice for growth in strategic markets and service lines while continuing to provide dispute resolution services.

Nikain brings nearly 30 years of experience, providing risk management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution services for global engineering and construction projects. He has presented expert witness testimony in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in domestic and international venues, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and jury trials.

Previously, Nikain was the global dispute resolution leader for the Construction Consulting Practice at Marsh Risk Consulting, where he was responsible for the growth of the practice’s dispute prevention and resolution services throughout the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Marsh, Nikain was the president of The Nielsen-Wurster Group, Inc., which was acquired by Marsh in 2008.
