A leading Appleton Wisconsin restaurant, Osorio's Latin Fusion, has been cited as one of the top restaurants in the country for its specialty cocktails in the Spring issue of el Restaurante magazine.

Osorio’s Latin Fusion, a popular family restaurant in Appleton, WI is celebrating national notoriety following the publication of the Spring issue of el Restaurante magazine. “Millennials seem to be making drink choices in restaurants and bars more on the basis of desiring a particular flavor experience,” stated Donna Hood Crecca, Senior Director at Technomic, in the el Restaurante feature article “Creative Cocktails” by Karen Furore. “Their adult beverage portfolio is broad and varied. Millenials are driving many of the trends occurring in spirits, wine and beer, including the growth of premium and above-premium products.”
Specialty and signature cocktails are a large part of the Osorio’s Latin Fusion dining experience, in addition to the International and Latin cuisine created from Osorio’s family recipes and from the culinary minds of Executive Chef and co-owner, Liborio Osorio, and his crew.

Monthly pairing dinners of both International and Domestic wines, local breweries and Osorio’s Latin Fusion specialty cocktails matched with carefully selected four course menus have become a successful tradition for the Appleton restaurant. Often featuring International libations, including their now nationally famous and signature specialty cocktails, the dinners have become a popular local event, growing in attendance each month since the opening of the restaurant in 2012.
