Wednesday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas Refining & Marketing, Manufacturing Stocks

In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas refining & marketing shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.4%. Helping drag down the group were shares of PBF Energy (PBF), down about 11% and shares of Valero Energy (VLO) down about 9.2% on the day.
