Home healthcare provider Gentiva rejects Kindred Health's offer

June 30 (Reuters) - Home healthcare service provider Gentiva Health Services Inc said its board had rejected an unsolicited offer from Kindred Healthcare Inc, saying the offer significantly undervalued the company.
