Hormel Foods to buy Muscle Milk products maker CytoSport Holdings

June 30 (Reuters) - Hormel Foods Corp said it would buy CytoSport Holdings Inc for about $450 million, to add Muscle Milk sports nutrition products to its portfolio of brands.
