Radient Technologies Inc. Engages Investor Relations Firm

Radient Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: RTI), (“Radient” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Bristol Institutional Relations (“Bristol”) to assist with its investor relations activities. Bristol will provide investor relations services to Radient, including the development of investor information materials, introductions to Bristol's network of investment professionals, and assistance in maintaining awareness of Radient in the investment community.

In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to pay to Bristol a monthly retainer of $10,000, payable on the first day of each month, for an initial period of one year, subject to review after four months, commencing June 1st, 2014. Radient will also reimburse Bristol for its reasonable expenses. Bristol does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Radient or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
