On April 23, 2014, Bancorp announced that its quarterly results were negatively impacted by additional loan loss provisions related to “newly identified adversely classified loans.” On June 10, 2014, Bancorp announced that it had entered into an agreement with the FDIC to address weaknesses in the Company’s Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program. The price of Bancorp stock fell dramatically following both announcements.
