Zillow To Acquire Trulia

The #1 Internet real estate website Zillow (Z) announced it will acquire its chief competitor in the #2 spot, Trulia (TRLA) in an all-stock deal. Trulia shareholders will receive 0.444 shares of Zillow for each TRLA share owned, representing about 33% ownership in the combined company.
