United Online Reschedules Earnings Release and Conference Call for Second Quarter 2014 to August 11

United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNTD) announced today that it will delay its earnings release and conference call for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, which had previously been scheduled for August 5, 2014. The company said that it now intends to release financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2014 after the market close on Monday, August 11, 2014.

The company stated that the delay is due to finalizing its accounting for income taxes.

United Online will host a call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on Monday, August 11, 2014.
