BAB Systems, Inc. Announces New My Favorite Muffin® Now Open

BAB Systems, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of BAB, Inc. (OTCBB: BABB), announced the opening of a new My Favorite Muffin Your All-Day Bakery® in Castle Rock, Colorado. This newest My Favorite Muffin is situated in the food court of Outlets at Castle Rock, at 5050 Factory Shops Boulevard, the largest open-air outlet center in the State of Colorado and home to a wide array of upscale brands. This is the chain’s first unit to be located in an outlet mall, a rapidly growing segment within the retail sector.

The Mendoza family, owners of My Favorite Muffin franchisee MC & Sucesores and residents of Castle Rock, love to have their neighbors visit the shop as well as the large customer base of designer brand discount-shoppers that frequent the outlet center. This My Favorite Muffin shop is the second incarnation for the Mendozas, who moved their operation to Castle Rock from its original Highlands Ranch location. “We love the Castle Rock area and all the cultural diversity we see in our new location,” said Salvador Mendoza, who heads up the LLC as well as the family. “The shoppers at the mall really seem to be embracing My Favorite Muffin as the newest tenant in the food court.”
