Sept 11 (Reuters) - Kroger Co, the biggest U.S. supermarket operator, raised its full-year profit forecast and reported a better-than-expected 9 percent rise in quarterly profit, helped by the acquisition of grocer Harris Teeter Supermarkets Inc.
