Egan-Jones sides with Darden in Starboard proxy fight

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Advisory firm Egan-Jones Proxy Services on Tuesday recommended that Darden Restaurants Inc shareholders vote for the company's slate of board nominees at its annual meeting next week.
