TowerJazz teams up with Korean institute to develop image sensor

TEL AVIV, Oct 7 (Reuters) - TowerJazz, an Israeli speciality chip manufacturer, has revealed the first product resulting from a five-year linkup with a Korean research institute that could give it a growing presence in the expanding field of medical imaging technology.
