Mercer Names Kim Seals New Atlanta Office Leader to Capture Increased Growth Opportunities

Mercer has named Kim Seals, a Senior Partner in its Talent segment, to the position of Atlanta Office Leader. In this capacity, she will be responsible for executing Mercer’s overall go-to-market strategies in Atlanta and the surrounding area, and driving success through existing client retention and growth, new business development, and brand promotion.

In addition to leading the Atlanta office, Ms. Seals will also maintain her leadership role in Mercer’s new strategic relationship with Workday.

Ms. Seals has more than 25 years of human resource experience, most recently serving as the Global Leader for Mercer’s Talent Technology Solutions group, responsible for the product strategy and solution development of Mercer’s technology offerings. Prior to joining Mercer in 2001, Ms. Seals was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Global HR Solutions group. She has also held the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager for both Woman’s Hospital Foundation and Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation. Ms. Seals graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Psychology.
