Williams, Access Midstream Partners amend deal terms

Oct 26 (Reuters) - Williams Partners LP and Access Midstream Partners LP amended the terms of their merger agreement, said pipeline operator Williams Companies Inc , which owns controlling interests in the two master limited partnerships.
