Ingersoll Rand Power Tools Named A Preferred Tool Provider for Gas Monkey Garage

Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in compressed air systems and services, power tools, material handling, and fluid management equipment, announced that its power tools business is a new preferred tool provider for Gas Monkey Garage.

Ingersoll Rand Power Tools will kick off the new project with automotive experts Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kaufman from Gas Monkey Garage at the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas this Wednesday, Nov. 5 at the Ingersoll Rand shop-themed Booth 10149.

“I’ve been using Ingersoll Rand power tools ever since I can remember, and I’ve always known I can trust them to get the job done right,” said Rawlings. “We’re excited to be working with Ingersoll Rand to show just how these tools can handle any kind of real work that comes our way.”

Together Ingersoll Rand Power Tools and the Gas Monkey Garage stars will work on a custom automotive build that will be used for a promotional campaign in 2015.

There will be opportunities during the SEMA Show for attendees to get pictures and autographs with Rawlings and Kaufman and to hear about their work with Ingersoll Rand power tools. Either Rawlings or Kaufman will be at Ingersoll Rand’s Booth 10149 at the following times:

• Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 2-3 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 8:30-9 a.m., 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 6 from 10 a.m.-Noon and 2-4 p.m.

In addition to meet-and-greet opportunities, Ingersoll Rand will have several other activities at its booth, including:

• A live progressive build of a 2014 Harley-Davidson® Road King® along with a display of Rawlings’ personal motorcycle. The motorcycle build will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 4 and Wednesday, Nov. 5. The finished bike will be on display the last two days of the show, Thursday, Nov. 6 and Friday, Nov. 7.
• Interactive product displays of cordless and pneumatic power tools, including the most recently released 2235 Series Impactool™ and the W5330 Right Angle Impactool™
• A prize wheel giveaway in which participants will win some Ingersoll Rand promotional items
