DocuTech Creates Professional Services Division, Led by Narayan Bharadwaj

DocuTech Corp., a leading provider of compliance and documentation technology, has created a new Professional Services division which will focus on providing technology services to lenders. Narayan Bharadwaj has been named as president and chief operating officer of the new division.

Bharadwaj joins DocuTech with more than two decades of operational executive experience in banking and financial services technology. Serving as chief operating officer for the provider’s financial service division, Bharadwaj will lead DocuTech’s newly created professional services team to implement strategic objectives and deliver professional services solutions that address the needs of financial institutions. Prior to his role with DocuTech, Bharadwaj served as global head of industry solutions with Westborough, Mass.-based Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ:VRTU).
