Inland Real Estate Corporation Declares December Cash Dividend to Preferred Stockholders

Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC) today announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.169271 per share on the outstanding shares of its 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”), payable on December 15, 2014, to holders of record of Series A Preferred Stock at the close of business on December 1, 2014.

The Company also has declared a cash dividend of $0.144791667 per share on the outstanding shares of its 6.95% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series B Preferred Stock”), payable on December 15, 2014, to holders of record of Series B Preferred Stock at the close of business on December 1, 2014.
