U.S. auction of AWS-3 airwaves reaches $10 bln reserve price

WASHINGTON, Nov 18 (Reuters) - The U.S. airwaves auction of so-called AWS-3 frequencies on Tuesday breached its reserve price of $10.1 billion, according to the Federal Communications Commission, less than a week after bidding began.
