Logitech Posts Annual Report, Invitation and Proxy Statement for 2014 Annual General Meeting

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) today announced that it has filed its 2014 definitive proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), filed its annual report for Fiscal Year 2014 with the SIX Swiss Exchange and posted its annual report, invitation and proxy statement for the 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the Company’s website at http://ir.logitech.com. Informational and voting materials will be mailed to Logitech registered shareholders during the week of Nov. 24, 2014. The AGM will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland on Dec. 18, 2014.

With the posting of these materials, Logitech now complies with the listing requirement of the SIX Swiss Exchange to file and publish its annual report, consistent with the exception previously granted by the SIX Swiss Exchange. The Company is working with its new independent registered public accounting firm, KPMG LLP, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2015 as soon as possible, the final step in regaining compliance with the Nasdaq listing rule to timely file periodic financial reports with the SEC.
