In trading on Monday, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Mobile Telesystems (MBT), up about 5.3% and shares of SK Telecom (SKM), up about 1.2% on the day.
