Tripadvisor acquires leading Dutch restaurant rating site

AMSTERDAM, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Tripadvisor has agreed to acquire top Dutch online restaurant review and booking sites Iens, the companies said on Thursday, giving the travel website a leading position in the Netherlands.
