Praxair Declares 22nd Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase in First Quarter 2015

The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX) has declared a 10% increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to 71.5 cents per share, payable on March 16, 2015, to common shareholders of record as of March 6, 2015.

“Praxair’s ability to increase its annual dividend for the twenty-second consecutive year is a direct result of our disciplined approach to capital investments and our commitment to drive strong operating cash flow,” said Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Angel.
