Immunomedics
Inc. (Nasdaq: IMMU) widened losses for the second quarter to 12 cents per share compared with 10 cents per share a year earlier and announced
plans to offer $85 million in convertible senior notes. Shares of the biopharmaceutical fell 88 cents to close at $4.01.
