Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2 cents per share payable March 2, 2015, to shareholders of record on February 23, 2015.

Energen Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.
