The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS), at a meeting held February 12, 2015, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of twenty cents ($.20) per share to be paid March 15, 2015 to all common shareholders of record as of March 1, 2015.
