Exelis (NYSE: XLS) will release its 2014 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results at 6:30 a.m. EST Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. In light of the pending transaction with Harris Corporation, the company will no longer host a previously announced analyst conference call in conjunction with its fourth quarter results; however, the company will still file its 2014 10-K and associated 8-K materials on February 27, 2015.
