Stephen G. Daly Joins MACOM’s Board of Directors

M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (“MACOM”), a leading supplier of high-performance analog RF, microwave, millimeterwave and photonic semiconductor products, today announced the appointment of Stephen G. Daly as an independent Director. Mr. Daly brings 25 years of experience and leadership in the RF and microwave industry to MACOM’s Board of Directors.

Previously, Mr. Daly served as Chairman of the Board and also as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hittite Microwave Corporation. Additionally he held various microwave engineering positions at Raytheon's Missile Systems Division and sales management positions at Alpha Industries. Mr. Daly received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
