When Vocera announced the full effects of the ACA and BCA on the Company’s finances and future prospects, Vocera’s common stock fell more than 37%. On February 11, 2015, the federal judge denied, in part, the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint, and the case is proceeding towards trial.
