VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 8, 2015 / E. S. I. Environmental Sensors Inc. (TSXV: ESV) ("ESI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 24,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per share to raise gross proceeds of CAD$1,200,000. The proceeds from this financing will be used for the launch of the Company's Flo·Point(TM) product development program.
The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") acceptance. The Company will pay a finder's fee in conjunction with the closing of the placement.
In addition, the Exchange has accepted the Company's $180,000 private placement announced on March 25, 2015 and the placement has been closed. All securities issued as part of the private placement have a four month hold period on them which expires July 29th, 2015. All terms of the placement remain the same as disclosed in the original announcement.
