Nordson ASYMTEK Demonstrates Jetting, Fluid Dispensing, and Conformal Coating at SMT Hybrid Packaging, Nuremberg, Germany

Nordson ASYMTEK, a Nordson company (NASDAQ: NDSN), a global leader in dispensing, jetting, and coating equipment and technologies, will present live demonstrations of jetting, fluid dispensing, and conformal coating at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015, being held in Nuremberg, Germany from May 5-7, 2015. In addition, Nordson ASYMTEK will demonstrate its award-winning Quantum® Q-6800dispenser applying underfill on the Future Packaging Line Stand 6-434A.

Nordson ASYMTEK will show the Spectrum™ high-speed, high-accuracy fluid dispenser with the NexJet® system for precision jet dispensing in microelectronic, semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS, and LED applications. It has a very small footprint (600mm x 1321mm) which maximizes productivity in a minimum of manufacturing floor space, but rivals much larger platforms in precision, accuracy, and speed. It accommodates dual valves, up to 6 heaters, and/or dual lane conveyance.
