Monsanto offers to buy Syngenta again -Bloomberg

April 30 (Reuters) - Monsanto, the world's largest seed company has again approached Switzerland's Syngenta in recent weeks with an offer to buy the company, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
