CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, today announced that it has extended its relationship with Charter Communications, a leading broadband provider and the nation’s fourth largest cable provider, to provide residential billing and customer care services through December 31, 2019.
Currently, CSG provides its end-to-end, pre-integrated customer care and billing solution for all of Charter’s existing residential customers. The extended five-year contract provides the framework for Charter to consolidate additional customers that it may gain through acquisition activities onto CSG’s billing solution. Charter will also deploy elements of the new CSG Ascendon® platform to better manage customer profiles, preferences, and interactions.
