Caitlin Banks Iseler Joins Korn Ferry

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Caitlin Banks Iseler has joined the firm as Principal in the Technology Practice. She will split her time between the Washington, D.C. and Reston offices.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Iseler worked at Blue Ribbon Leadership Consulting where she was Vice President. Ms. Iseler successfully advised clients on attracting, training, growing and retaining impactful leaders.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Iseler served as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Xcelerate Solutions. As a member of the leadership team, she led the executive search, human capital and talent acquisition strategy and execution, hiring, training and team building for a fast growth, IT consulting firm.

Ms. Iseler earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and is graduating with an M.S., Management of Information Technology from McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia this summer.
