TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / May 22, 2015 / Frankly Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TLK) announces that Jihnwoo Kim will join the Company's board of directors and Jonghyeok Lim has stepped down as a director effective immediately. Mr. Kim will join the Company's slate of proposed directors nominated to be elected at the upcoming annual general and special meeting of the Company's shareholders to be held on June 18, 2015.
The Company also announces the departure of Sung Pa (Brad) Park as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. To facilitate an orderly transition of responsibilities, Mr. Park will remain with the Company in an advisory role until June 8, 2015. Frankly has initiated a search to hire a Vice President of Engineering. The results of this search will be announced by the Company in due course.
