UPDATE 1-United Tech says will exit Sikorsky helicopter business

PARIS, June 15 (Reuters) - United Technologies Corp announced on Monday that it would separate from its Sikorsky Aircraft business and said it would decide by the end of the third quarter whether to spin off or sell the $8 billion unit.
