CSG Appoints Bret Griess President & COO

CSG International (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, today announced that current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Bret Griess has been named President of the company. Peter Kalan will remain Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Griess joined CSG in 1996 and has held a variety of positions in Operations and Information Technology, until being appointed Executive Vice President of Operations in February 2009 and Chief Operating Officer in March 2011. Mr. Griess, who now oversees the company’s global operations and delivery, client relationships, product management & strategy and sales, has played an integral role in CSG’s successful transformation into an international business support solutions provider to the world’s leading communications service providers.
