Saudis’ Target Could Be Canadian Oil Sands

The Saudis seem to have knocked out some of Canada’s long-term oil production, with more output falloff likely to come. The U.S. was surely the prime target, but the Saudis can't be unhappy to see a long-time competitor fall.
