Envestnet Inc. (NYSE: ENV) will pay a premium of approximately $560 million to acquire Yodlee Inc. (Nasdaq: YDLE). Shares of Envestnet plunged $15.83 to close at $29.38 while Yodlee stock soared $3.56 to close at $16.16.
