owner Liberty Interactive Corp. (Nasdaq: QVCA) will pay a premium of
approximately $2.4 billion in cash and stock to acquire zulily Inc. (Nasdaq:
ZU). zulily stock leaped $5.96 to $18.53 while Liberty Interactive stock slipped 48 cents to $29.78.
