Since 2014 Foreign Central Banks Have Withdrawn 246 Tons Of Gold From The NY Fed

For the first time since FDR's infamous gold confiscation, the total physical gold held at the NY Fed dropped another 9.6 tons in July, down to 5,950 tons and when added to previous outflows totals a whopping 246 tons pulled since the start of 2014.
