Buiter: Only "Helicopter Money" Can Save The World From The Next Recession

Buiter says the odds of some kind of recession are 55%. The culprit is China and EMs more broadly which are suffering mightily in the face of sluggish Chinese demand, slumping commodity prices, and, most recently, the devaluation of the yuan.
