Rovi and Time Warner Cable Extend Existing Agreement

Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI) today announced that it has entered into an extension of its existing Interactive Program Guide License and Distribution Agreement and Patent License Agreement with Time Warner Cable Inc.
