UPDATE 1-Ex-Vimpelcom CEO Jo Lunder held by Norwegian police

OSLO, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The former chief executive of telecoms firm Vimpelcom, Jo Lunder, is being held by Norwegian police as part of a corruption investigation into the firm and will be questioned as soon as possible, police told Reuters on Thursday.
