Industry Veteran Joins Securities America Recruiting Team

Securities America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE MKT: LTS), has hired Bonnie Reed to join its branch office development recruiting team. Reed’s addition will help the independent broker-dealer manage the increasing pipeline of prospective advisors considering joining the company.

Reed, has more than 15 years of financial services industry experience as a senior regional director focused on Eastern states. She has a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from William Penn University. Her career includes extensive consulting and recruiting with Management Recruiters International and with EAI, a software development company, where she managed recruiting operations for 16 U.S. regional offices and eight European locations. Prior to joining Securities America, Reed was vice president of recruiting and transition for Voya Financial Advisors, where she oversaw recruiting and transition for the retail and plan-sponsor channels.
